Article 4 (Payment of Investment Funds and Immediate Formation of Contract)

1. Principle of Advance Payment Priority : This contract shall take effect immediately, and investment rights shall be finalized the moment the investor deposits the full investment amount into the aforementioned account, even prior to the formal signing and sealing by the parties.
2. Termination of Other Investment Proposals : Immediately upon confirmation of the investor’s deposit, all other investment attraction activities and proposals related to this investment (10% equity stake) shall be automatically terminated without separate notice.
3. Follow-up Procedures : The company shall complete legal procedures, such as stock issuance, registration in the shareholder list, and filing of change registrations, within three months after the investment payment is completed, and shall deliver the relevant evidence.
