Article 4 (Payment of Investment and Issuance of Shares)

1. Payment Deadline: The Investor shall pay the investment amount specified in Article 3 in a lump sum to the account designated by the Company below within two (2) days from the date of execution of this Agreement.

2. First-Come, First-Served Basis: This investment opportunity is offered to a single individual (or a single institution) on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon completion of the payment, other investment proposals under the same conditions shall automatically terminate without further notice.

3. Follow-up Procedures: Within three (3) months after the completion of the payment, the Company shall complete all necessary legal procedures, including share issuance, entry in the register of shareholders, and registration of changes, and provide proof thereof to the Investor.
